During his stay on the Halkidiki peninsula, Nadal was very happy with the sports centre:

The level and quality of the whole resort is impressive and I think it is an incredible place to play tennis and enjoy a great holiday. I would particularly mention the high values of the people who work here on a daily basis. We have had a great relationship over the years and it is very important for me to work with people who share our vision.”
The Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre at the Sani Resort aims to offer high quality tennis instruction so that players and guests can attend a variety of tailor-made programmes within the context of their holiday at the resort. These programmes have been developed and implemented by the technical team of the Rafael Nadal Movistar Academy thanks to the experience gained during the successful sporting career of the famous athlete, who has already written his name in the history of world tennis.
In 2019, the Sani Resort has created the Academy on its premises with 8 courts, a clubhouse, an outdoor lounge and the best modern equipment.
