Megan Fox has decided to try her hand at writing. The actress has created a collection of poems called “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous”. The book is already available for pre-order. It will be released by the publishing house Simon & Schuster. The work will go on sale on 7 November. On its pages, the 37-year-old artist was able to express her experiences related to men. The star stated that she expressed everything about men’s sins.
“These poems were written in an attempt to get rid of the disease that has taken root in me because of my silence. I have been keeping men’s secrets all my life. My body aches from the weight of their sins. My freedom lives on in these pages. And I hope my words can inspire others to reclaim their happiness and individuality, to use their voice to illuminate what has been buried but not forgotten in the darkness,” Megan revealed.
Fox’s fiancé reacted to the news. Rapper Colson Baker, best known as Machine Gun Kelly, made it clear that he fully supports the chosen one.
“Proud of you,” MGK wrote.
The publisher’s website revealed more details about the actress’ book.
“Megan Fox showcases her wicked humour in a heartbreaking and dark collection of poems. In 70 poems, Fox talks about the ways in which we fit in with those we love. Even if it means losing ourselves in the process,” Simon & Schuster said in a statement.
As a reminder, Megan Fox got engaged to Machine Gun Kelly in 2022. However, a year after the engagement, there was a serious fight between them. Megan was not sure that the beloved is ready for family life. In addition, the actress suspected the musician of cheating. The couple for several months visited a family psychologist and was able to overcome the crisis. Now they are again planning to play a wedding.
