Dolls continue to take over the world. Mattel has managed to release over 100 collaborations recently, including a joint collection with Zara, Tangle Teezer combs and Xbox consoles. All thanks to Greta Gerwig’s new film starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling. However, the long-running war with MGA Entertainment’s doll holding company is not going away.
Now Kylie Jenner has announced the release of her own line of Bratz dolls – Mini Bratz x Kylie Collectibles. The toys will replicate the TV personality’s annual Met Gala looks. For example, the first doll from the line symbolises Jenner’s appearance at the ball in 2019 in a bright purple Versace dress with flounces. The girl also shared shots of a few more dolls. The first is a Blumarine image during Kylie’s visit to dinner with boyfriend Travis Scott. The second toy replicates Jenner’s evening look for the CFDA Fashion Awards 2022 in a Mugler dress.
By the way, all sets are accompanied by additional doll accessories. There is even Jenner’s personal Doberman. For Bratz, the co-operation with Kylie was the first star collaboration. The brand’s creative director Jasmine Lariana commented on the collaboration with the Influencer:
“Kylie truly embodies everything Bratz has stood for since its inception 22 years ago – from being destructive and rebellious to energetic and expressive.”
