In August this year, Rihanna delighted fans with the news of her second child. Fans hoped that motherhood would not stop her from making music and releasing new material. Very soon their wishes may become a reality, as the star is preparing a grand return to the stage. The Mirror reports that Rihanna has already signed a contract with Live Nation, a concert organising company.
The upcoming collaboration is valued at $32 million. The world tour will take place in 2024 and 2025. The exact date of the concerts has not yet been disclosed. It also became known that the singer has enough material for two full-fledged releases.
“Rihanna is now planning a comeback after signing a deal with Live Nation. The co-operation was necessary to help her with her world tour. Her creative team is now quietly working in Los Angeles putting everything together while she takes care of the kids,” the insider revealed.
The star’s last performance was a massive show at the Super Bowl. Then fans expected an announcement of new musical material. Instead, the performer revealed that she is expecting a second child. Fans were wary and began to assume that she was not going to return to the stage. However, in an interview with British Vogue, the singer said that she wants to release a new album. The star does not plan to stop “creating music and shooting videos.”
Recall, Rihanna gave birth to her second son in August at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. The boy was given the double name Riot Rose. The firstborn son of the singer and her lover, rapper A$AP Rocky Rzu Atelson was born a year ago.
