The dress was customised by La Ligne, a brand whose signature pattern is stripes, and Adele’s dress was made entirely of black hematite crystals. It was a special look in which she sparkled spectacularly under the bright lights of Vegas.
The dress was sewn from a unique stretchy four-ply black silk crepe, with silk georgette elastic bands adorning the hem.
The beaded stripes along the length of the dress are designed in collaboration with stylist Jamie Mizrahi. Each bead on the spectacular dress was sewn one by one entirely by hand until the pattern seamlessly follows the curves of the garment.
According to the brand, the meticulous hand beading process took over 300 hours.
The singer had originally planned to wrap up her series of shows in Las Vegas on Sunday, but it has now been revealed that she will perform 32 more concerts next year.
