19-year-old Leni Klum recently posted on her blog a series of images from a photo shoot she did with her 50-year-old celebrity model mum Heidi. The mother-daughter duo sparked a flurry of comments on social media, with some supporting the idea of the rather candid shots, while others expressed their embarrassment.
‘A photo shoot with mum in lingerie is still weird,’ one commenter wrote.
One fan commented on the ad campaign, defending Leni:
‘People are overreacting, she’s a model. Doing her job. Her mum is a model, does her job too. Those who find this strange, I think the problem is you.’
Heidi has disabled comments on the new post, apparently fearing there will be haters among her 11 million-strong audience.
This isn’t the first time the couple have done a joint photo shoot together. Leni made her first big modelling breakthrough at the age of 16, when she and Heidi graced the cover of the January 2021 issue of German Vogue. The supermodel has previously faced criticism for their joint photo shoots with her daughter.
