37-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan sees no barriers to doing sports. Bader Shammas and Lindsay Lohan got married in March 2022. A year later, the actress announced that she and her spouse were expecting their firstborn. In the summer they had a son, the boy was named with the Arabic name Luay, which means “shield” or “protector”. After giving birth, insiders reported how the actress feels as a young mother.
“She is doing yoga, meditating and working out,” a source revealed. – “She’s really good at time management so she can spend hours with her baby without forgetting about herself. Lindsay firmly believes that loving herself is just as important as taking care of her baby. She is working on her health to be a better mum to her son.”
