Long-time friends and colleagues from the film ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ George Clooney and Brad Pitt together presented their new thriller ‘Wolves’, which premiered at the Venice Film Festival on Sunday, 1 September. Both actors arrived on the red carpet accompanied by their ladies – Pitt stepped out for the second time with Ines de Ramon, while Clooney walked under the arm of his wife Amal. George and Amal charmed the audience with their elegant outfits. At the premiere, George wore a classic black suit and completed the perfectly tailored outfit with a matching black bow tie and shoes. Amal, meanwhile, made an elegant exit in a dress in one of the most talked about colours of the summer – buttery yellow.
For the film festival, the couple’s friends Brad Pitt and his girlfriend Ines de Ramon chose black-and-white images: the actor was in a black classic suit, and his companion – in a white tight dress. The appearance of the foursome on the red carpet took place after they had dinner together on Saturday, 31 August at Ristorante Da Ivo in Venice, which George and Amal always visit when they come to the city.
At the premiere of ‘Wolves’ at the Venice Film Festival on Sunday, September 1, George recalled his longtime friendship with Pitt, but it wasn’t without playful banter.
‘There’s nothing good about it,’ he joked in an interview with People, shaking his head when asked about working with Brad. – ‘It’s all a disaster’.
In the latest issue of GQ magazine, George and Pitt also spoke about their friendship and candidly shared that they always support each other when things go wrong.
‘We’ve been friends for a long time,’ George told the publication. – ‘And it’s fun because we also check in on each other from time to time, which is an important part of friendship. Life is complicated sometimes and you always have to make sure you’re OK,’ the actor concluded.
