The festival will be organised in association with the Consulate General of India and Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) at many iconic locations across the city. One of the highlights will be the Noor Festival of Lights, which will be held at Al Seef from 25 to 27 October. The festival invites visitors to enjoy stunning lights, artistic expression and grand performances amidst a spectacular backdrop.
Also worth noting is the series of fireworks that will light up the city’s night skies. Families will be able to enjoy the spectacle at Al Seef on 25 October and at Global Village on 25-26 October and 1-2 November.
The festival organisers have invited British comedian Romesh Ranganathan to present a new show at Coca-Cola Arena on October 25. And there will also be concerts and other cultural events.
