Jennifer Aniston showed off her muscular arms and taut stomach in a tight black bodysuit in a new promotional shot for the sports brand she regularly collaborates with. In the photo, Jennifer’s blonde hair was loose and her skin was glistening with a bronze tan. Aniston also shared a behind-the-scenes video of her cuddling with the film crew and working out on a special mat.

“A little behind-the-scenes footage of the creation of our new campaign with Pvolve. Come train with us!” – wrote Jennifer in the photo caption.

Jennifer said she works out using the Pvolve method five days a week. Her workout regime includes intense cardio exercises and she also attends Pvolve’s 10-20 minute classes. According to her, Pvolve is a scientifically proven method that combines low-impact functional training with the use of resistance-based equipment.

Aniston previously spoke in an interview with InStyle about how she’s kept herself in shape over the past 15 years to look Hollywood-style flawless, noting that she’s made some mistakes as well. Talking about her collaboration with fitness brand Pvolve, she candidly shared that her attitude towards health has now changed.

“When you think, ‘I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won’t do a good workout,’ it’s scary,” she shared. – “I believed that for so long. I just burned out and broke my body. My physiotherapist gave me a Barbie doll covered in kinesio-tape. It’s a silly mental image to make me realise that the tapes are showing me all the injuries I’ve sustained over the last 15 years training in a way that’s not quite right for me.”

In addition to her regular workouts, Jennifer follows a trendy diet called ‘16:8’ which involves intermittent fasting, also often referred to as interval fasting.
