Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones appeared on the May cover of Tatler ahead of her 21st birthday. On the cover the granddaughter of Princess Margaret poses in a floral print Giambattista Valli dress and Harry Winston jewellery.
“Maid of honour to the Prince and Princess of Wales and a regular guest on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, she is the daughter of the King’s first cousin, the Earl of Snowdon, and the most distinguished member of the royal family you’ve never met,” Tatler wrote of Princess Margaret’s granddaughter.
Tatler journalists noted that the girl has her grandmother’s “inquisitive eye”. Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones is now 26th in line to the throne. The girl’s father, Anthony, 2nd Earl Snowdon, was the nephew and godson of the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Lady Margarita herself lives in Paris. The girl is rarely caught in the lenses of the paparazzi in normal life. At the same time, she sometimes appears at official events of the British royal family. For example, she attended the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II and the funeral service for the Duke of Edinburgh. As a child, at the age of 8, she was a bridesmaid at the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
