The launch of the new capsule collection of mass-market brand Zara and American designer Narciso Rodriguez took place. The protagonist of the advertising campaign was the 40-year-old supermodel and mother of many children, Natalia Vodianova. Rodriguez is a recognized master of minimalism so the line is as discreet and elegant as possible.

The new collection features 25 pieces inspired by Rodriguez’s best pieces. For example, a combination dress from Cerruti in 1997 or a red silk crepe dress in 2018. Note that the main condition for Rodriguez’s collaboration was to have the same premium fabrics that he used to create the original pieces. It’s also impossible not to notice that in the photo, Natalia appeared in a fresh, natural look, with sloppy styling, minimal make-up and a nude manicure.

Narcisco Rodriguez gained international fame after he made a wedding dress for John F Kennedy, Jr.’s fiancée Carolyn Bessette in 1996. The new Zara and Narciso Rodriguez collaboration is on sale from 8 September.
