Sole DXB is celebrating a milestone this year, taking place from 9 to 11 December.

After being forced to miss the region’s biggest culture and lifestyle festival, Sole DXB, due to the coronavirus, has had to miss two previous events, it’s going all out to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The three-day event calendar is brimming with exclusive performances, panel discussions, musical performances and sporting tournaments.

The 2022 Arabian craftsmanship event will feature Moroccan artist Hassan Hajjaj, who will officially launch his Andy Wahloo brand this year. Another limited-edition release that ticket holders can’t wait to hear about is the Sole x SONRA collab, consisting of 100 limited-edition sustainable trainers inspired by the colours of Marrakech. This year’s Sole DXB also features brands such as The Giving Movement, New Balance, Les Benjamins, Sephora and Adidas, while the d3 Marketplace at Sole DXB will feature new independent brands from around the world. In addition, the trainer swap in partnership with YouBetterFly will take place again this year, allowing collectors to buy, sell and swap sought-after models.

Sole DXB veterans have no doubt spent countless hours cheering on the festival basketball court, and for the first time the festival has partnered with Precious Trust and Kappa for a skatepark and football pitch. After a day of shopping and spectating, you’ll be able to dance till deep into the night to rousing music, including headliner Jorja Smith and the region’s favourite hip-hop, soul and RnB artists. If you’re not already a fan of streetwear, Sole DXB’s electrifying spirit is sure to transform you.
