Julia Roberts is not only known for her incredible acting skills, but also for her infectious smile that lights up a room. So it’s fitting that Julia has been the face of Chopard’s Happy Sport and Happy Diamonds collections since 2021. Now the duo are taking their relationship to the next level by appointing Julia Roberts as the muse of all the House’s jewellery and watch collections.
To mark the occasion, Julia and Chopard have teamed up with director James Gray and photographers Alasdair McLellan and Greg Williams for the Chopard Loves Cinema campaign, which captures Julia’s playful personality and her joie de vivre used in contemporary Chopard creations. “Julia and Chopard embody a true sense of happiness, so working with them on this campaign was a wonderful opportunity,” shares Gray. Each of the twelve episodes, taking place behind the scenes of a Hollywood film, focuses on one piece of jewellery and, as the series progresses, offers a never-before-seen glimpse into the world of cinematography.
The episodes will be unveiled over the coming months, starting on March 20, International Happiness Day. “We reveal a new facet of our identity – the Feel-Good vibe: the confidence instilled by a Chopard jewellery or watch, reflecting in the air and filling everything around it with positive energy,” explains Chopard co-president and artistic director Caroline Scheufele.
