The French clothing brand has confirmed that Saoirse Ronan has become another ambassador for the company. She now joins other celebrities who are ambassadors for the fashion house, such as Zendaya and J-Hope from K-pop group BTS. The actress’ latest feature film titled “Kicked Out” premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this month. In addition to acting, Ronan also acted as a producer on the project, which is directed by Nora Fingscheidt. The film is based on Amy Liptrot’s memoirs. Saoirse attended the premiere in a Louis Vuitton suit. In addition to her work in film, Ronan recently joined Louis Vuitton’s artistic director of womenswear, Nicolas Ghesquière, as a guest at a gala in Los Angeles.

“I have admired Saoirse’s career for many years now and find her utterly fascinating in the roles she plays. And what’s more, she is such a charming and colourful person behind her talent,” Ghesquière said in a press release.

Ronan is best known for her roles in Lady Bird, Little Women, Brooklyn, Atonement, and The Grand Budapest Hotel. The actress has 4 Oscar nominations, the first of which she received at the age of 13 for her role in “Atonement”. In addition to “Expelled,” Ronan will star in Steve McQueen’s upcoming World War II drama “Blitz,” which is expected to be released soon.
