Pamela Anderson announced on Wednesday, 3 April that her first cookbook will be released this year. The title of the cookbook is already known: I Love You: Recipes from the Heart. The collection of various culinary masterpieces will officially hit shop shelves on 15 October 2024. Inspired by the rustic lifestyle on her family’s Vancouver Island estate, Anderson decided that her 288-page cookbook would focus on plant-based recipes, of which there are over 80 in the book. Interestingly, in addition to plant-based recipes, there will also be tips on sustainable design and gardening.

One recipe can already be seen on the actress’ blog – in a carousel of photos Anderson showed a page with a mouth-watering photo of a peach pie. The sexy diva’s cookbook originated as a housewarming gift for her sons Brandon Thomas Lee and Dylan Jagger Lee, as well as their girlfriends.

“The ‘I Love You’ book has evolved into a project incorporating all of our favourite things. It’s a lifestyle cookbook. It celebrates the magic of scenic locations in the countryside, where nature always takes its rightful place at the table. I can’t wait to get the book in all your homes,” Pamela shared the message in the post.

‘I Love You’ is Pamela’s second book after Dey Street Books published her 256-page memoir, which became a New York Times bestseller, last year. The star is not stopping on her journey to a healthy and natural lifestyle: she will soon host a vegan cooking show, Pamela Cooks With Love, which will premiere later this year on Food Network Canada, no specific date has been announced.

“I’ve always dreamed of hosting a cooking show. Always! Brandon came up to me and said: “Mum, your dream is going to come true.” And now we’re on Food Network Canada, and it’s even better because I’m really pushing for Canadian projects and working with Canadian production companies,” Anderson said in an interview last November.
