DIA Holding, the international construction management holding founded by Farukh Kurbanov, has announced a long-term strategic partnership with UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov. The collaboration will include a series of joint initiatives, beginning with LuzOra Residences, a premium project in the prestigious Dubai Islands district.

According to the company, the partnership is built on a shared vision of discipline, responsibility, and long-term thinking—principles both sides see as essential not only in sport, but also in business and development.

LuzOra Residences as the First Joint Project

 

The first project within the partnership will be LuzOra Residences, a premium boutique Residence & Hotel complex currently under construction on Dubai Islands. The development will include 108 apartments and is designed for both short-term rental and permanent residents seeking a serviced lifestyle.

Located near the waterfront, the complex will offer quick access to the beach, with residents able to move around the island by golf cart in about 10 minutes. The project will also feature a swimming pool, gym, and charging stations for electric vehicles. A school planned nearby adds further appeal for families considering long-term living.

The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.

Khabib Nurmagomedov’s role in the collaboration goes beyond traditional ambassador status. He will also be involved in shaping the concept of future DIA Holding developments, with particular attention to sports and social infrastructure.
