Cindy Crawford’s 22-year-old daughter Kaia has signed on to star in a role in an upcoming comedy series. The young brunette can be seen in small snippets in the first trailer released earlier this week. In one of the scenes Kaya is dressed in a red and yellow sequined dancer-style outfit, which emphasised her slim figure to the maximum. In another shot, a close-up of the actress can be seen with her hair styled in an old Hollywood style. This is not a debut, Kaya has previously starred in the film “Babylon”, as well as in the series “American Horror Story”, but this role will be the first serious film work. The trailer’s caption hints at the series’ theme: the action takes place at a luxury resort.

Kristen Wiig, Ricky Martin, Josh Lucas, Leslie Bibb, Amber Charday Robinson, as well as Laura Dern and Allison Janney will be seen in the lead roles. The series is about Maxine Simmons (played by Wiig) who tries to infiltrate Palm Beach high society. As Maxine tries to cross the impenetrable line between middle class and high society, Palm Royale asks the viewer the question, “What part of yourself are you willing to sacrifice to get what someone else has?”.
Kaia Gerber is an American model and actress. She is the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Randy Gerber, who launched the luxury alcohol brand Casamigos with Hollywood actor George Clooney. Gerber has starred in a series of ad campaigns for fashion brands since debuting at Fashion Week in 2017, and won Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards. Gerber has previously dated Jacob Elordi and Pete Davidson, and is currently in a relationship with actor Austin Butler.
