Charles Leclerc and his wife, Alexandra, have welcomed their first child, a daughter named Bianca.

The couple shared the news on November 4, revealing that their daughter had been born the previous day. Their Instagram announcement paired her name and birth date with a photograph showing the newborn’s legs and feet, dressed in pink trousers and cream booties.

Bianca’s arrival adds another milestone to a year in which the Ferrari driver and Alexandra also celebrated their civil wedding in Monaco.

A personal announcement shared with fans

The couple kept the announcement simple, introducing their daughter with the caption “Bianca 🤍 3.11.26.”

The photograph offered a small glimpse of their newborn while keeping the focus on her name and arrival. It followed a pregnancy whose details the pair had largely kept out of the public eye.

For Leclerc, who turned 29 in October, becoming a father comes during the closing stages of the Formula 1 season, with another race weekend approaching.

From a Monaco wedding to parenthood

Charles and Alexandra married in a private civil ceremony in Monaco on February 28, 2026. They later shared photographs and a short film from the occasion, giving followers a look at the celebration.

Alexandra, whose maiden name is Saint Mleux, wore a custom gown by Australian couture house Paolo Sebastian. The French Chantilly lace design featured floral embroidery and raised butterfly details, with the couple’s initials and wedding date incorporated into the embroidery.

The newlyweds travelled through the Principality in a 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, bringing a connection to Charles’s racing world into the day.

When sharing their wedding photographs, Leclerc described the ceremony as the first part of their celebrations and said a second gathering with their loved ones would follow the next year.

Finding time for family between races

Before Bianca’s birth, Leclerc had spoken about the practical challenge of combining fatherhood with an international racing schedule.

During the United States Grand Prix weekend in October, he said he did not expect to miss a race but would make every effort to spend as much time at home as possible between events.

He explained that this could mean arriving later at a race destination while still competing on Sunday. His comments outlined how he hoped to manage the transition, rather than confirming a specific change to his programme.

The announcement of Bianca’s arrival comes ahead of this weekend’s São Paulo Grand Prix at Interlagos.

A new chapter beyond the Ferrari garage

Born in Monte Carlo, Leclerc has built a career that has taken him from junior championship success to one of Formula 1’s most recognisable seats.

He entered F1 with Sauber in 2018 before joining Ferrari in 2019. His first Grand Prix victory at Spa was followed a week later by another at Monza, establishing an early connection with Ferrari’s passionate supporters.

Monaco has remained an important setting in his personal story, including the civil wedding he and Alexandra celebrated earlier this year.

Now, alongside the demands of racing, the couple begin their first days as parents. Their brief announcement marked that change with just a name, a date and a photograph introducing Bianca.
