Fashion Week came to an end on the 4th October in Paris. The day was headlined by the biggest names in fashion, with Chanel presenting its collection in the morning and Miu Miu in the evening. Designer Miuccia Prada decided to reintroduce the cropped-top mini-skirt set that blew up the fashion industry last season and was worn by all the stars. But she reinterpreted it by adding other clothing elements. In addition, the skirts are no longer pleated, but with patch pockets (this season’s trend is cargos). Dimensional pockets even reached into the skirts and tops.
Bella Hadid and Emily Ratzakowski, as well as newcomers, were in attendance. For example, two star heiresses drew attention: singer Bjork’s daughter Isadora Bjarkardottir Barney and actor Ewan McGregor’s daughter Esther McGregor. The girls had previously starred in the brand’s advertising campaign alongside Milla Jovovich’s daughter Ever Anderson, but this was the first time they had appeared on the catwalk.
Guests of the show included celebrities, brand ambassadors and good friends: models Tina Kunaki and Alexa Chung, sisters Cara and Poppy Delevingne, Chiara Ferragni, Tilan Blondeau and many others.
