Dolce&Gabbana explores new and contemporary realities through collaborations with talented young artists. Italian cartoonist Gianpiero D’Alessandro, born in 1991 and with many international collaborations under his belt, perfectly illustrates this new era.
The artist’s work – exploring the boundaries of the known and unknown, taking the observer’s eye beyond time and place into a world of imagination – is unique in its colourful and expressive aesthetic.
For the Dolce&Gabbana Fall/Winter 2022-23 women’s collection, Gianpiero D’Alessandro created cartoon-inspired graphics on T-shirts and sweatshirts.
The “Sweety Bunny” and “Baby Carrot” characters expressing family and love are the focus of a limited edition collection of 200 black and white T-shirts, available exclusively at Dolce&Gabbana.com from 15 April 2022.
