The Lobster Lounge
The Lobster Lounge is the first new addition implemented by Chef Reiner. Located on the rooftop, the all-new pop-up concept is outfitted with cool and effortless décor that brings an exceptional, dramatic feel to the resort’s bustling setting and promises dramatic views of the Arabian ocean. Offering an exceptional selection of dishes, coupled with the perfect beverage pairings, the menu bursts with incredible flavour and assures an unforgettable culinary experience, from a classic Frito Misto including Lobster, Squid and Prawns served with homemade chips and aioli to a heart-warming Lobster Risotto complimented by Parmesan Cloud, fresh Basil and topped with Confit Salmon.
For Abu Dhabi’s brunch lovers, the resort will also be introducing a new brunch concept set to launch on 30 January 2021 at Offside Sports Lounge. Delicious dishes will include, Prawn Bucket, Offside’s Famous Wingers and many more to start, followed by a range of options for mains, from Angus Sliders to Spinach and Feta Pie. Ending the brunch on the sweetest note, guests will have their pick from the most Instagrammable dessert platter available in Abu Dhabi at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island’s Beer Brunch and wash it all down with free-flowing beers and house wine.
