The WOW Summit strives to become the leading technology, metaverse and blockchain event in the region and will return later this year.

An unparalleled digital alternative reality festival, NFT gallery, Web3 summit, multi-dimensional outdoor performance. All in one place.

WOW Summit Dubai kicked off on March 13, 2022 at the iconic Burj Park, adjacent to the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. The four-day festival explored various technologies, opportunities and perspectives related to the “meta-universe,” blockchain, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence and finally the growth and evolution of digital artworks and NFTS.

This year’s festival, organized by GuyWay Events, welcomed up to 7,000 visitors, featured more than 170 speakers and was attended by up to 100 partners and sponsors. The NFT Digital Art Gallery, curated by Daria Lomova, was a highlight of the event. Works by artists from all over the world were presented here, and on the very first day, works by Niels Hansen and the art group Synticate were sold to major collectors of digital art.

WOW ‘Metafest’, a multidimensional, immersive outdoor performance, was curated and produced by the Metagate platform. Burj Khalifa Park was transformed into a fusion of web3 and augmented reality, featuring spectacular AR and VR performances, LED installations and interactive exhibitions.

This energetic community event also featured a startup competition for the rising talents of the new era of technological innovation.
