One cannot deny Ibiza’s endless appeal. A world-famous party destination with turquoise waters, a charming Old Town, farm-to-table cuisine and the glamour of the global elite spending their summers on the pristine sands, Ibiza has long been one of the Balearic Islands’ most popular destinations. A frequent destination for style insiders including Bella Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Kate and Lila Moss, it is also one of the most inspiring. Countless collections from brands such as Burberry, Maje and Annie’s Ibiza, a boutique frequented by Ms Moss herself, as well as Rita Ora, Margot Robbie and cool Korean DJ Peggy Gow, call it the muse.

Shorts, sandals, swimwear, raffia bags with the anagrammed logo and fragrances create an escapist portal to the hedonistic freedom of White Island, and Loewe’s Paula’s Ibiza is perhaps the island’s most famous homage. It emerged in 2017 after Jonathan Anderson approached the founders of the then-defunct Paula’s Ibiza boutique, Armin Heinemann and Stuart Rudnick, about creating a capsule collection using their artwork on their pieces. While the Loewe Font bag may be this season’s most popular purchase, there’s no denying that these fresh new fragrances are a great entry point into the brand. The original EDT combines beachy notes of mandarin, driftwood, frangipane, sand lily and patchouli oil, while Loewe Paula’s Ibiza Eclectic EDT is hedonistic and wild, with notes of orange blossom absolute, sambac jasmine, frankincense, sandalwood and musk.
